We perform at a variety of events, including weddings, corporate events, private parties, festivals, and more. Our diverse repertoire and experience allow us to tailor our performance to fit the unique atmosphere of your event.

How far in advance should I book the band?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your desired date, especially during peak wedding and event seasons. However, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute bookings, so feel free to inquire about availability.

What styles of music do you play?

Our band covers a wide range of musical genres, from classic hits and rock to pop and contemporary chart-toppers. We work with you to create a playlist that matches your event’s vibe and ensures your guests have a great time.

Can we request specific songs for our event?

Absolutely! We encourage you to share any special songs you'd like us to perform. Whether it's your first dance, a favourite song, or a must-have track for your event, we’ll do our best to accommodate your requests.

How long does the band typically perform?

Our standard performances includes a 3-hour booking (usually for venue/public packages) you’d typically see us perform 3 x 45-minute sets of live music. However, this is different for weddings and other events. We customise our performance duration to suit your event’s schedule, whether you need shorter or longer sets.

Do you provide your own sound and lighting equipment?

Yes, we can provide all the necessary sound and lighting equipment for our performances. We ensure everything is set up and tested well before your event starts to guarantee a seamless experience. However, some events or venues may allow/prefer us to use their in-house sound system/lighting instead.

How much space does the band need?

The space required depends on the size of the band you’ve booked. Generally, we need a minimum area of about 3x4 meters for a 4-piece band. We can discuss the specifics with your venue to ensure the setup fits comfortably.

What happens if a band member is unavailable on the day of the event?

In the rare case that a band member is unable to perform, we have a network of talented musicians on standby who can step in, or an alternative lineup option can be offered. We will ensure there is no disruption to your event.

Do you travel for events?

Yes, we are available for events both locally, regionally and beyond. Travel costs may apply for events outside our immediate area (flights, accomodation etc.), and we will discuss this with you during the booking process.

We typically dress in formal attire suitable for weddings and corporate events unless otherwise requested/depending on performance act selected. We’re happy to discuss any specific dress code or theme you have in mind.

You’ll need to contact/via submitting a quote form [here]. To secure your booking, we require a non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is usually due within a month before the event. Once your deposit is received, your date is confirmed, and we can begin planning your entertainment.

What if my event times change?

What happens if my event is outdoors?

We’re happy to perform at outdoor events, but we do require certain conditions to ensure our equipment and the performance are safe and sound. We also much be made aware of this upon booking. These include adequate shelter, power supply, and a solid, level surface. We can discuss the specific requirements with you during planning.

How do you handle song requests on the day of the event?

We welcome song requests on the day of the event, provided they fit within our repertoire. We also offer the option for guests to submit requests in advance. For large events, we may introduce a virtual option for requests to keep things organised.

What happens if one of my entertainers is unwell and unable to perform at my event?

We are fortunate to be connected with a wide range of entertainment providers across Melbourne/Victoria. In the unfortunate event that one or more of our crew members cannot perform due to illness, we will contact you immediately to organise a suitable alternative.

What happens if I need to postpone my event?

Firstly, consult with your entertainment providers regarding potential new dates that work within our availability and yours. This way, we can easily transfer your booking to a new date without added charges, provided all your details (venue, travel time, package details, etc.) remain the same.

If you need to cancel your booking due to our unavailability on your new date, please refer to our cancellation policy.

What happens if I need to cancel my event?

Every cancellation situation is unique. Some cancellations may significantly impact our business, particularly in cases of last-minute changes. Depending on the circumstances, a full or partial refund may be issued (excluding booking fees). All booking fees are non-refundable and can only be transferred to another valid date with us.

In rare cases where no refund can be issued, we may offer a credit toward your next event as a gesture of goodwill. We recommend postponing your event to avoid losing your booking fee. We will do our best to accommodate your needs as our client.

What is a booking fee?

A booking fee is a minimum non-refundable deposit that secures your event date from further demand. We cannot guarantee your date without the booking fee paid in full. This fee is deducted from your total balance and is not an additional cost to your entertainment package.

What happens if my entertainment must cancel and no backup is planned?

We have never encountered a situation like this, and we hope we never do. However, if this were ever to happen, a full refund would be issued, including the booking fee. Please note that our unavailability due to a client postponing to a date when we are unavailable is not considered us canceling the booking.
